Plate Tectonics Webquest Directions:
Students,
Today you will be working on a Plate Tectonics Webquest in the computer lab with the substitute. Please read the directions below and click on this link to access the Webquest!
http://teacherlink.ed.usu.edu/tlresources/units/HodgesSpring2005/JohnCampbell/index.html#Introduction
Please work exceptionally hard and be the polite and dedicated students that you are :) I do not anticipate any unfocused students, in the event that this occurs, any student whose name is left for poor behavior or has completed little to no work will serve LUNCH DETENTION FOR 3-5 DAYS. If I receive an outstanding sub report, the whole class will be rewarded :)
** THERE IS NO NEED FOR HEADPHONES AND YOU MAY NOT LISTEN TO MUSIC ** ** THE SUBSTITUTE WILL TAKE THEM AWAY AND WRITE YOUR NAME DOWN IF THEY ARE OUT AT ALL DURING CLASS **
I will be back tomorrow and work hard to complete this assignment. The assignment is due tomorrow (Thursday) by the end of the period. If you have computer access you may type up your responses and email this completed assignment to me at tara_donahue@dpsk12.org If you do not have computer access, you will be hand-writing the questions and answers on Thursday in class.
Step 1: You will research answers to 16 questions and write down your notes on the packet provided.
Step 2: After you have researched all 16 questions, you will open MICROSOFT WORD and type your answers to all 16 questions using PART OF THE QUESTION IN THE ANSWER to begin your sentence. This is excellent practice for TCAP (that is in less than 2 weeks!)
Step 3: Email Ms. Donahue your typed answers at tara_donahue@dpsk12.org
Step 4: If you finish, you may go to CoolMathGames. See you Thursday! Ms. Donahue :)
